This privacy policy applies to the Tiles Match Colors app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Chichem-Studio (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is provided for use "AS IS".

The Service Provider does not gather your name, email address, or phone number. The Service Provider does not operate any server that stores your data: all game progress and settings are stored locally on your device. The information listed above is collected by the advertising partners described in section 2, not by the Service Provider.
The Application uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.
The Application uses Google AdMob (with mediation partners Meta Audience Network and Unity Ads) to display advertisements. These partners may use device identifiers (such as the Advertising ID on Android or IDFA on iOS) to serve personalized or non-personalized ads.

For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the Application uses Google's consent management platform (Google User Messaging Platform) to ask for your choices before personalized ads are shown.
The Service Provider has no server holding your personal data, so there is nothing to delete on the Service Provider's side. Game progress and settings stay on your device and are removed when you uninstall the Application.
Advertising data may be collected and retained by our partners Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network and Unity Ads, according to their own policies. Since the Service Provider has no direct access to this third-party data, it cannot delete it itself. You can exercise your rights directly with these partners (see the links in section 2), withdraw your consent through "Manage Ad Privacy" (section 3), and unlink your history from your device through the following options:
The Application itself does not collect error logs or crash reports and does not include any crash reporting or analytics SDK. However, when ads are requested and displayed, the advertising SDKs included in the Application (Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network and Unity Ads) may automatically collect technical data such as your device IP address, device model, operating system version, app version and the time and date of the ad requests. This data is used by these partners to deliver and measure ads and to prevent fraud, according to their own privacy policies (see section 2).
The Application does not explicitly use "cookies". However, the advertising libraries it includes may use cookies or similar technologies (such as device identifiers or local storage) to deliver and measure ads. Where required, these are only used for personalized advertising with your consent, which you can manage through "Manage Ad Privacy" (section 3). Refusing them does not prevent you from playing.
The Service Provider values your trust in providing your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

As the Service Provider does not store personal data on its own servers, advertising data is processed by the third-party partners listed in section 2. You can exercise these rights by contacting us, by contacting these partners directly, or by managing your ad privacy settings as described in sections 3 and 4.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13, and it does not store any personal data on its own servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe that your child's data has been collected through the advertising partners, please contact the Service Provider (chichem.studio@gmail.com): we will help you request its deletion from the partners concerned and take any other necessary action.
The Service Provider may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately, after they are posted on this page.
